To enable full screen mode, you must restart Internet Explorer in the following way:

1. Click on the start menu
2. Click on run
3. Type in "iexplore -k http://www.pathology.washington.edu/clinical/galleries/neuro-oncology/" and hit enter
4. Hit ALT+F4 to close the window when finished.

If the above is not an option, in Internet Explorer, the F11 key will make the page nearly fullscreen.

After doing that, select the correct resolution from below to start the slideshow:
640x480
800x600
1024x768
1280x1024
