This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the Washington State Medical Association (WSMA) and the University of Washington Department of Pathology, Division of Dermatology and the Washington State Society of Pathologists. The WSMA is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Hours:

The Washington State Medical Association designates this educational activity for a maximum of 5 category 1 credits to satisfy the relicensure requirements of the Washington State Medical Quality Assurance Commission and the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity.
