A Systems Approach to Understanding Molecular Drivers of Disease in AD
I will present different strategies being used in my laboratory to analyze RNA expression data from Alzheimer’s disease brain tissue that can result in testable hypotheses and discovery of novel drivers of disease. This lecture will be part bioinformatic and part experimental, and will include both a general discussion of approaches along with specific examples.
