Description
Why Attend?
Pathology of Renal Tumors: Lessons Learned from the Cancer Genome Atlas and Beyond
To describe the morphologic diversity of renal neoplasia and demonstrate the molecular abnormalities that characterizes these tumors. To discuss the differential diagnosis of these tumors and provide panels of immunohistochemical assays that can be used to classify them with confidence.
PMID: 2693559, 24025519, 25025368
After viewing this lecture, attendees should be able to:
1. To define the morphologic spectrum of renal neoplasia.
2. To define the molecular characteristics of renal neoplasia.
3. To explore the differential diagnosis of renal tumors with clear cell, papillary and oncocytic morphologies.
