Dr. Mantilla diagnoses sarcoma and other diseases of bone and connective tissue, as well as diseases of the head, neck and respiratory system. He strives to provide the best evidence-based diagnosis to facilitate the best possible outcome.
Dr. Mantilla completed his medical education at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia. He is board certified by the American Board of Pathology. His research interests include molecular techniques to diagnose and determine the behavior of soft tissue sarcomas, as well as ways to improve access to pathology services in developing regions.
