Dr. C. Dirk Keene, Associate Professor of Pathology, and Dr. Desiree Marshall, Fellow and assistant medical examiner at the King County Medical Examiner’s Office, have been featured in the Seattle Times for the work they are doing with the Pacific Northwest Brain Donor Network program.

The pilot study, funded in part by a grant obtained by Dr. Marshall, is aimed at understanding the impact of duty related concussions and other head injuries on active-duty service members and veterans.
