Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations made less than one week in advance will be charged 25% of the reserved time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved time.
- If we are able to fill your cancelled time with another customer, you will not be charged.
- No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved time.
- If you have reserved sorting time, you will also be charged for sorting set-up.
In the event that you are late or your samples take longer than the time that you have reserved and a customer is waiting behind you, we will have to continue your experiment when time permits and you will be charged time and a half for the extra time needed to finish your samples.
