Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations made less than one week in advance will be charged 25% of the reserved time.
- If we are able to fill your cancelled time with another customer, you will not be charged the 25% of your reserved time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved time.
- No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved time.
- If you have reserved sorting time, you will also be charged for sorting set-up.
Please be courteous to other customers by signing up for enough time to run all of your samples. In the event that you are late or your samples take longer than the time that you have reserved and a customer is waiting behind you, we will have to continue your experiment when time permits and you will be charged time and a half for the extra time needed to finish your samples. We hope that our valued customers will understand that these changes are necessary in order to maximize availability of the cytometer to as many customers as possible.
