Scheduling

In order to provide quality service and to accomodate our customers as best we can, we do not provide on-line scheduling. Appointments for use of the facility can be made:

- in person (K-081)

- by telephone (206-616-8761), messages are checked regularly

- email Donna (prunkard@u.washington.edu)

If this is your first time using our facility, we ask that you come to the lab to discuss your experiment and scheduling. We want to be sure we can analyze or sort your samples just as you need them.

General Sign-up Instructions

General Analysis - we need:

For a Sort:

Sterile Sorting:

Note to sorting customers: Please arrive with your samples at the time indicated on the sign-up sheet next to your name. We may have crossed out time beforehand which gives us time to set up for sorting.

To optimize the use of laboratory time, same day appointments are strongly discouraged. If, however, you did not plan ahead and desperately need to have your data analyzed (sorting rarely available on this option), we may be able to run your samples after-hours. You will be charged overtime (1.5 times the regular rate) if we do this with less than three business days notice.

Please plan your experiments carefully. Ideally, you should reserve time on the cytometer at least one week in advance. However you may need to reserve time earlier depending on our availability-some times of the year are busier than others. If you try to get an appointment for the next day, we may not be able to accomodate you. We will try to accomodate our customers as much as possible.

The schedule links are updated several times a day.
